Registration

Registration for Pedaforum 2026 is open from 20 March to 8 May 2026. Registration is completed through an online form.

All participants are required to pay a participation fee. This applies to everyone attending the event, including those giving an oral presentation, workshop, poster presentation, symposium presentation or acting as lead presenters of symposium sessions.

Registration fees

The registration fee depends on whether you attend the full event, a single day, or the virtual program.

One Day: €190 + VAT

  • Includes one day of the program, lunch, and coffee breaks.

Two Days: €310 + VAT

  • Includes the full two‑day program, lunches, coffee breaks, and access to the evening reception.

Virtual Participation: €100 + VAT

  • Includes two-day streaming access to selected seminar content defined by the organisers.
  • The virtual option will only be offered if at least 20 participants register.

Registration Process

Registration for Pedaforum 2026 is open from 20 March to 8 May 2026.

There are two registration forms:
A) General registration
B) Registration for staff of the University of Eastern Finland
Please complete only one of the forms:

A) General registration form
  • General registration form (link
  • Participant: Select “Participant” from the Role menu and complete the required fields.
  • Presenter: Select “Presenter” from the Role menu if you are the primary author/presenter of an accepted abstract (one person per abstract). All additional presenters should register using the Participant role.
  • Fill out the form.
  • Payment: The registration fee is paid during registration via Paytrail payment options.
  • Please ensure that you receive a confirmation e‑mail. The confirmation also includes a cancellation link.
  • Cancellations: Registration may be cancelled until 13 May 2026. Fees will not be refunded for cancellations made after this date. 
B) Registration form – staff of the University of Eastern Finland (read info – link)

  • Participant: Select “Participant” from the Role menu and complete the required fields.
  • Presenter: Select “Presenter” from the Role menu if you are the primary author/presenter of an accepted abstract (one person per abstract).
    Other presenters should register using the Participant role.
  • Cancellations: Registration may be cancelled until 13 May 2026. Fees will not be refunded for cancellations made after this date.
  • Fill out the form.
  • Payment: The participation fee is primarily processed through internal university invoicing (see instructions – link).
  • Please ensure you receive a confirmation e‑mail, which includes the cancellation link.

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.

If your institution is part of the Hansel framework agreement for domestic accommodation services, you may use Hansel contract rates when booking. Nearby hotels include:

Networking Meetings

Higher education networks may reserve classrooms for in‑person meetings on 1 June 2026, between 13:00 and 16:00. Rooms include USB‑C projection facilities and accommodate approximately 15–40 people. Organisers of each network meeting are responsible for any catering and other practical arrangements.
